The project is located in Koblenz, one of the oldest cities in Germany. The city is home to the "Deutsches Eck" (German Corner) with the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument, where the rivers Rhine and Moselle converge. Additionally, the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, the cable car, and Stolzenfels Castle are well-known tourist attractions. River cruises on the Rhine offer a unique charm. Johannesstraße enjoys excellent connectivity as well. Bonn, Cologne, and Wiesbaden can be reached by car within one hour. The federal roads B42 and B9 are just about 5 minutes away, and the A61 and A48 highways can be reached in under 10 minutes by car. Furthermore, Koblenz's Old Town and the main train station are only about ten minutes away by car.
